Skiing in Santa Cristina

While the world's greatest skiers have been competing for years on Santa Cristina Valgardena's famous Saslong piste, there are many other, more accessible runs awaiting you in this ski resort's ski area. The Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi ski pass opens the door to a 175-kilometre ski area that takes you up to an altitude of 2,450 metres. With 52 kilometres of blue runs, 105 kilometres of red runs and 18 kilometres of black runs, Santa Cristina Valgardena offers an area accessible to all. The Piz Sella snowpark, at an altitude of 2,158 metres, was designed with the same objective in mind: to enable freestylers of all levels to improve their jumps and tricks. The Santa Cristina Valgardena ski area is also part of the largest Nordic ski area in the Alps: Dolomiti NordicSki, with a total of 1,000 km dedicated to cross-country skiing. From your rental car you can easily access the 115 kilometres of Val Gardena. For the more experienced skiers, the Dolomiti Superski ski pass will give them access to over 900 runs spread over 12 ski resorts, including Santa Cristina Valgardena.
