The ski resort of Lanersbach-Tux in Austria is situated between 1,300 and 3,250 metres above sea level. Its 202 kilometres of downhill ski runs and 28 kilometres of cross-country ski runs criss-cross the resort. The resort of Tux

Located in Austria's Tyrol valley, the Tux ski resort lies between 2100 metres and 3250 metres above sea level. A must for ski lovers, this unique ski area is accessible from October to May, thanks in particular to the Hintertux glacier covered in "eternal snow". In our ski hire shop, you'll find all the equipment you need to enjoy your favourite winter sports. The terraces and accommodation around the valley, offer you an incredible panoramic view of the whole snow-covered resort and give you an overview of the entire ski area.

Skiing in Tux

The 196 kilometres of ski runs at Tux are perfect for all types of skier. To vary the pleasures of skiing, its 65 ski lifts, give you access to all the slopes in the area as well as freestyle ski modules or cross-country ski trails. With equipment hired from one of our rental shops, you can enjoy 85 green, blue, red and black ski runs. Thrill-seekers will be delighted by its 1150-metre vertical drop, particularly when practising off-piste skiing.

Activities in Tux

The Tux ski area is rich in resources and offers everyone the chance to enjoy an activity apart from downhill skiing. Within the ski area, cross-country skiers will be delighted with the 28 kilometres of dedicated trails. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy a 68-kilometre itinerary through unique landscapes. And for young and old alike, there's sledging, ice skating and curling to enjoy. You can also soak up the sun on one of the many terraces and in one of the many restaurants serving quality local cuisine!
