The service was excellent, very quick, very patient with helping to find boots that fit for our large group. However it is disappointing that I was given the same skis as a friend, even though she had booked a cheaper/lower level package. This has happened in several Skimium shops in different resorts, it does not seem like the package booked makes any difference to what is provided. I will not be booking the more expensive level in future.
