In Haute Savoie, the spa town of Saint Gervais Les Bains boasts an exceptional panorama, with Mont Blanc at the top of the bill. Located in the commune, it plays the starring role, whichever site you stay in: Le Fayet, the charming village of Saint Nicolas de Véroce with its Baroque church, the pedestrian areas in the centre of Saint-Gervais, or Saint Gervais Le Bettex, the starting point for the ski area. The resort is just as active in summer as it is in winter, thanks to the alternation between snow activities and fitness activities in the thermal waters. Skiing in Saint Gervais

From the Saint Gervais ski resort, you can access two ski areas: the Prarion, linked to the Les Houches resort and accessed by the Mont Blanc tramway, or the Evasion Mont Blanc area. The Evasion Mont Blanc area offers some 445 kilometres of pistes, surrounded by pine forests and authentic mountain chalets. A single ski pass allows you to ski in 6 resorts (Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas, Megève, Les Contamines-Montjoie Hauteluce, Combloux and la Giettaz). You'll be able to ski pistes of all levels, facing the Mont-Blanc massif and enjoying a magnificent panorama: you'll find black pistes, 80 red pistes, 63 blue pistes and 42 green pistes, all at an altitude of between 1,000 and 1,900 metres! Fans can also take advantage of the Mont-Joux snowpark, the WOSP, and the 28 kilometres of cross-country ski trails in the Bettex and Prarion sectors. As for snowmaking, this is provided as and when required by more than 650 snow guns.

Activities in Saint Gervais

At Saint Gervais, you can also forget about skiing for a few hours and discover the mountains in a different way. Guides and guides can suggest snowshoe hikes, heliskiing, ski joëring, paragliding or ice climbing... Younger visitors will love the ice rink and the two toboggan areas reserved for them.
