Efficient in service, but poor in checking the fit of the equipment. I was given a left boot where the fastening was screwed in to the far left side, and would not slide across as I'm used to the fastenings doing. It fit so tightly it was crushing my leg, I think it would only have fit someone with legs of spaghetti. Since I'm not an experienced skier I thought tight was required so got a friend to slam the fastening shut for me for the first day and half because it was too tight for me to do myself, and skied in terrible pain (just assuming my legs were tired on the first couple of days) until an instructor told me they were fitting wrong, when I took them back and had the faulty boot adjusted. A quick check by someone there to make sure the boots fit properly would not be very difficult! The company must know they are dealing with many inexperienced skiers.
