They were very nice in the store, and the skis themselves were good, but: I asked them to use a lower din setting so that the ski will disconnect when I fall and I will not tear my ligament again, they promised it's low enough, but it wasn't. My ski guide even lowered the din more, and of course in my first collision I tore my ACL. I then did get a refund for the days I couldn't ski anymore, but man I wish din settings would be lower from the get go...
