The ski resort of Lelex is a village in the Ain department located at an altitude of 720 metres. It is one of 3 resorts in the Monts Jura ski area. In total, there are 49 downhill ski runs and 140 kilometres of Nordic ski runs. The 20 Nordic ski runs are in the village of Vattay. Skiing in Lelex

The Lélex ski area is the largest ski area in the Jura Massif, with 26 marked runs spread over some 30 kilometres offering an exceptional panoramic view of the Haut Jura Regional Nature Park! The high altitude of the area, between 900 and 1680 metres, also means that the snow is guaranteed. With 15 ski lifts, you can ski all the way back to the resort. The Lélex ski area allows experienced skiers to ski down the steep slopes, while beginners will be able to improve their technique on the ski area's gentler slopes.
