Located between 1160 and 1860 metres above sea level in the Cantalien Massif, Le Lioran ski resort offers a magnificent view over the trough-shaped Alagnon Valley. Surrounded by its volcanoes and boasting a typically mountain climate, Le Lioran ski resort combines a friendly, easy-going atmosphere in the heart of an unspoilt natural environment. The Le Lioran ski area offers a wide range of possibilities, whatever your level. Skiing in Le Lioran
The Lioran ski area boasts 44 marked runs (including 10 green, 14 blue, 15 red and 5 black runs) spread over some 60 kilometres and 700 metres of vertical drop, with exceptional panoramic views! You'll also enjoy guaranteed snow thanks to the resort's correct altitude, 24 ski lifts and 230 snow cannons that ensure ski-in/ski-out all the way back to the resort. There are plenty of fun areas for new winter sports enthusiasts, including a snowpark and a boardercross, as well as 2 marked and safe toboggan runs. High-mountain off-piste itineraries await freeride enthusiasts, conditions permitting. Freeride enthusiasts will find a wide range of activities on offer.
Activities in Le Lioran
Find out about the many activities on offer at Le Lioran ski resort, why not try ski-joëring or snowmobiling? It's also possible to go ice-skating or discover dog-sledding. For cross-country skiers, there are 50 kilometres of trails. A relaxation centre is also available in the resort. The Lioran tourist office is on hand to tell you all about the various activities and events that regularly take place in the resort.
