Located in Haute-Savoie, in the heart of the Aravis Massif, the Grand Bornand ski resort lies between 1000 and 2100 metres above sea level. It offers a remarkable view of the Aravis mountain range and benefits from exceptional sunshine. The village resort of Le Grand Bornand welcomes you with an authentic and friendly spirit. There's plenty to do in the Grand Bornand ski area, and once you've collected your equipment from our ski hire shop, you'll find the groomed areas and downhill and cross-country ski runs just waiting for you! Shuttle buses are also available for easy access to the resort.

Skiing in Le Grand Bornand

The Grand Bornand ski area offers skiers 44 marked runs (including 12 green runs, 15 blue runs, 14 red runs and 3 black runs) spread over 90 kilometres and 1110 metres of vertical drop, with magnificent panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range! You'll also appreciate the reasonable snowfall thanks to the resort's correct altitude, the presence of snow cannons and its 32 ski lifts. Experienced skiers can enjoy the black runs as well as off-piste skiing, conditions permitting. Beginners will be able to take their first steps on the slopes in complete safety, with gentle slopes at the arrival of the gondolas.
