The resort of Ceillac

Suspended on a plateau at an altitude of 1640 metres, the village of Ceillac is surrounded by prestigious peaks. An authentic family resort, many of the village's craftspeople welcome you to share their work. Situated at an altitude of between 1640 m and 2000 m, the ski resort of Ceillac exudes a high mountain atmosphere, much appreciated by skiers. All levels of piste are accessible in the resort. From green runs for beginners to learn to ski, to blue, red and black runs for more experienced skiers. The Tourres fun area is also present in the resort, featuring cross-country ski trails, as well as pedestrian and snowshoe itineraries to discover the resort.

Skiing in Ceillac

A beginners' area has been set up at the foot of the resort to help you learn to ski in the best possible conditions. After choosing the right ski equipment for your level in your ski hire shop, the resort's lifts will take you on 17 kilometres of skiing. The ski area has 16 runs, 4 green runs and 2 blue runs for beginners, as well as 9 red runs and a black run for experienced skiers. There are also various areas for off-piste skiing, with easily accessible itineraries for all levels, and the option of being accompanied by an instructor to get the best possible advice.

Activities in Ceillac

Ceillac has a boardercross area, easily accessible via the ski lifts. There's also a natural terrain area that doubles as a snowpark. For a change from downhill skiing, there are 37 kilometres of cross-country ski trails and 40 kilometres of footpaths and snowshoe trails through the valley and alpine hamlets. These mountain walks are the perfect way to discover the resort's most beautiful landscapes. After a great day's skiing, the authentic village of Ceillac lends a warm atmosphere to all the après-ski activities.
