It’s a rich end to the month of January that is announced in Courchevel: the resort welcomes the latest edition of Born Designers, bringing together international designers who will expose their creations as well as the Courchevel BMW Polo Master Tour which concludes the 2012 Polo Master circuit.
Courchevel is a magical ski resort, internationally renown: the resort spreads out over five different levels to offer each of its visitors a new face every time, traditional mountain village, family resort, party spirit, luxury resort,… as to the resort’s ski area, it offers skiers of all levels 1300 acres of mountain totally dedicated to the practice of skiing. Beginners can try themselves out in the Zen zones, playful areas that are reserved for them with 27 green and 44 blue runs. More experienced skiers will take advantage of the area’s 38 red and 10 black runs to test their technique. In browsing the Trois Vallées, the largest ski area in the world, mountain lovers will appreciate the grandiose panoramas and landscapes that extend from the Mount Blanc to the Ecrins mountain range as well as a unique view of the Swiss and Italian Alps.
After ski, the proponents of Courchevel and its exclusive ambiance will be able to participant in exceptional events such as the latest edition of the Born Designers: an exceptional rendezvous which brings together design, sport, luxury and the arts in a prestigious venue. January 25-29, 2012, the resort will welcome around twenty international designers who will stage and expose their creations. Highlights will punctuate the 4 days exposition. Another prestigious event in Courchevel, the BMW Polo Master Tour will close the 2012 Polo Master circuit from January 26-29, 2012: international teams will face off on the magical high-altitude airport, at some 6500 feet.
