Any booking made on the Skimium.com site for a rental period between 1 December 2017 and 5 January 2018 is modifiable* or refundable unconditionally.

For any request to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact customer service at service.client@skimium.com with your booking number so that our customer relationship team can take care of your request. We will offer to change your reservation to a new date* or give you an unconditional refund free of charge (excluding booking fees).

 

*The discount rate applied on skimium.com may vary depending on the rental period and the selected resort
