Ski resorts are offering more and more after ski activities notably in terms of sports centres. You can thus continue your workouts so your body is ready for skiing but also to keep your body in shape after a day on the slopes.
To relax your muscles after a full day, the Val Thorens swimming and sports centre or the Morzine swimming area propose numerous activities so you can go home relaxed and ready to hit the slopes again in the morning.
To stay in shape, cardio training, fitness classes (step, thighs-abs-gluts, body sculpting, tai chi, ...) or dance classes will be fun allies in your preparation. The fitness facilities will also allow you to work on the exercises we previously saw together and also to take advantage of the personalized advice of a professional coach.

But some good, old fashioned sledding in the evening after a day of skiing can also be fun for old and young alike!
